        Our initial appt was cancelled as we were driving to it. Then, on the rescheduled date and time, our appt was supposed to be 1 hour max, and our tax preparer had all of our docs ahead of time, but he wasted almost 3 hours of our time just to not finish our taxes during that appt. Our taxes, upon review, are riddled with mistakes, and they had the audacity to try to charge us more than $300, and request payment before our taxes were complete. We had another appt today at 4pm, and they did not bother to call for the scheduled virtual appt. What a waste of time and energy. Thank god we didnt fork over payment beforehand. Get your taxes done somewhere else.
