        I had a fantastic experience buying boots with Jason. He graciously taught me about the difference in soles and features at each price point. It was great to see him in Red Wing boots with personal anecdotes about the heritage models I was looking at. Thank you Red Wing.

        Great customer service here, will definitely be back! I wore holes through the soles of my favorite pair of Red Wings and the steel toes were exposed from the leather being pretty shredded. They have been beat up pretty hard over the years so I wasn't sure they could be saved. Came in here and they were able to send them in to the factory to get resoled, reconditioned, relaced, and the Tough Toe applied. They're like brand new! Not to mention, Red Wing is locally owned and operated, and American made. Can't beat that!
