I met Susie through a recommendation of another mom and I am so thankful I asked. Susie was honest, available and became a trusted friend. It only took a few showings and she understood exactly what I was looking for. She was always willing to add on to our list of showings and would get us in at the last moment. She also recommended people (loan officer, title company, inspectors) that ended up being a great team for someone who was not very knowledgable about the home buying process. I knew throughout the process Susie was genuinely helping me get what I wanted. Because Susie was fierce, proactive and helped me stand out compared to the other offering families, I have my house and my kids get to stay in their same schools.

We had NO CLUE what we wanted in a house, just what we didn't want. Suzie asked us about ourselves and lifestyle; she took her time to advise us on what would be a good fit, what we should consider to be not a fit, how to prioritize with negotiations as to what to fight for and what would be the walk away point for us. She prompted us to answer these items between my husband and myself while staying neutral to any of the houses we were interested in. She really gave us huge support and time, worked quickly and accurately, and found us the perfect place for our family. Each day we are in our house feels more like home, and we truly would not have found it without her help! We rave about Toohey Realty and its been a year since we started our house hunt.
