Domino's Pizza

DO NOT eat at this UNSANITARY Domino's location. If you picked up your pizza on Thursday, April 4, 2024, between 8:10 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., you may have eaten a pizza the manager LORENZO dropped on the floor and purposefully served to you. My wife and two daughters went to the pick-up window at Domino's on Robert Street in West Saint Paul to pick up our order a little after 8:00 p.m. on the above date. As my wife looked through the window, one of the managers, Lorenzo, who did not know she was at the window and could see him, was on the phone and not paying attention to the pizzas coming out of the warmer on the conveyer line and accidentally allowed one of them to flip onto the floor on the toppings side. She saw him pick up the pizza off the floor with a pizza peel, flip it over, put it into a pizza box, and stack it on top of other pizzas to serve to a customer. My wife and daughters also saw him eat one of the toppings off of another pizza with his bare hands before closing the pizza box lid to give it to a customer. When Lorenzo handed my wife our pizza through the pick-up window, she asked him, "My pizza didn't drop on the floor, did it?" Lorenzo replied, "Nah!" When I called Domino's about the issue, Lorenzo answered the phone. At first, I did not know he was the employee who had dropped the pizza, so I told him about what happened. He immediately became defensive and said, "No, that never happened." I replied, "Yes, it did. My wife and two daughters just saw it happen." Without saying anything else to me, Lorenzo put me on hold until a manager-in-training, Kerri, got on the phone. I explained to her what happened, and she was very apologetic. She said that she was going to watch the surveillance video in the restaurant and address the issue with her supervisor or the franchise owners and get back to me. Considering that our family frequents this Domino's almost weekly, I cringe to think about how many times Lorenzo or other employees there have done this. Absolutely disgusting. We will NOT be returning to this Domino's location. Think twice about eating here, because you may be eating food off of the floor. I hope the owners read this review and address this issue immediately. We reported this incident to Domino's Customer Support. Ridiculous!

We placed an online order for carry out. Our order was wrong. We went back, and the worker gave us an attitude about it, and I showed him our order on the receipt. He told us to wait and he would make us another pizza, we waited 15 mins. Ok. That was fine. We looked at our pizza, and it was wrong again. I went to him and he said "What is wrong now?!" We ordered Brooklyn style, and the worker argued with about how the dough is the same, and he cut it to Brooklyn style. I explained to him that Brooklyn style is not hand tossed. He said, " Do you make the pizza?" Very rude. I just asked for a refund. Will not recommend this location to anyone. Horrible service and on top of that. They weren't even busy!

I ordered online and when I got there, after checking my order, it was nevered placed??? But I drove up to the window and ask Lorenzo the cook who was working atm, he said he don't see it! He took his time talking to me and walked me through the process again! The guy was kind and patient! I re-ordered, and after a few minutes he got me my order! Thanks Lorenzo! Much appreciated brother! Keep up the hard work! I will definitely return!!!! Great location, close to where I live!!!

Im seeing several reviews for badly prepared food, bad wait times, bad service, etc, so maybe Im just really lucky with this location. But every time has been absolutely stellar, and I dont think I would change a thing. Yes, there isnt necessarily an atmosphere to speak of, but the efficiency is about as good as it gets. And, of course, the pizza is perfectly satisfying!
