Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went to have tire pressure sensor fixed and have tires rotated and balanced. After 50 min they said calibration tool was broken and were canceling out my service ticket. Came back week later as I had service done at chevy dealer and they said my two front tires had ply separation. Went back to Walmart as the tires were only 11 months old. Service manager came out and said, "we do our own inspections for warranty and it's up to our discretion for any warranty". Asked if their calibration tool was fixed Manager said tool was never broken, they just couldn't find their tool. Disorganized. Looked at tires and said not covered under warranty. Very rude and not customer friendly. Left Walmart went to Discount tire center they took pictures of tires and gauged wear. Called tire manufacture and received credit on front tires for ply separation and prorated for back tires as Suburban as it is AWD. Don't recommend this location for tires or service.

Bought a tire a year ago with insurance and it popped yesterday. Waited 2+ hours and was told that I had to pay for the patching and the mounting of the tire!! Not satisfied. An insurance is an insurance. Do better Walmart!!
