Not very communicative or personable. He got us a decent policy for our first home + auto bundle, however the premiums went up on our auto insurance substantially and he never reached out to forewarn us or offered to find a different policy. When we contacted him about it he simply stated "ya prices are going up." He's ok, but we went a different direction.

My wife and I are very happy to be under Ron Turitto's guidance with regard to our insurance coverage. We had previously been with the same agent for 20+ years and things were fine. After a while of thinking about it, I finally decided to have Ron shop around for us. To our surprise, he was able to find the same coverage for us at a lower rate. The savings is nice but it's also important to us to know that Ron will be taking care of us for years to come. He's been professional, helpful and very patient with the extra questions we've had. Part of the reason it took us a while to switch was because we weren't sure how much of an annoyance changing companies would be. My wife and I couldn't have asked for an easier transition and we thank Ron for that.
