We have used Bruce (Image Builders) for decades and have been satisfied with his work at several of our rental properties, but that is where the satisfaction ends. We hired his company to do a high-value renovation and it was incredibly painful. In the end, it was substantially over budget and 5 months late (it would have been more but we kicked him and his sub contractors out, finally). Worse yet, he refused (and continues to refuse) to return service requests related to the shoddy work by many of his sub contractors. His attitude about owning the problems is one of denial as he won't back up his / their work. Bruce Napier / Image Builders ignores phone calls, voice messages and text messages. I would not recommend Image Builders and will not use Image Builders again, unfortunately, due to a lack of trust based on this experience.

Bruce is a detail oriented make it happen sort of person. I absolutely love the decks that they build, and am so pleased by their level of professional integrity & knowledge!
