        This place was awesome when it first opened. Then declined within a few months after it opened. it seems I go every couple months now and it is the same experience. Messed up order make me a large instead of small. Ask for Carmel and none added. If I'm gonna spend 5.50 for a coffee might as well go to Caribou. Potatoes hasbrowns are good if fresh. While I tell myself I won't come here or another dunkin again. I'm sure I'll be stupid enough to do it sometime in the future. Also there is not only state tax but west st paul tax and Dakota County tax as well.
