I had a great experience at Turbo Tims! They had great customer service and were very thorough with the diagnostics. They got all of the urgent fixes done well. They even had a loaner car for me to drive over the weekend, which was a life-saver. 10 out of 10, recommend!

I wasn't sure what was going on with my car and a friend of mine suggested that I take it to Turbo Tim's so I did. When I dropped it off, they hooked me up with a Lyft back home. About 2 hours later, I got a text with a link to my online diagnostic report. Wow!! This report was so thorough, complete with videos so I could see exactly what they were talking about! I was seriously impressed. A couple of minutes later, I got another text with a link. This one showed me each job that was suggested by the mechanics, what would be done on each job and the cost of each job. For each job, I was given the opportunity to approve or decline. I approved all of them except one and that was because the mechanic said it wasn't something that needed to be done, but they would do it if I wanted it done. When my car was done, they sent a Lyft to pick me up and bring me back to the shop to pick up my car. Their prices were very fair. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for an honest mechanic. I love Turbo Tim's!!!
