Stacy is not an agent, she collects checks and goes out of her way not to talk to anyone, even if your policy is being wrongly canceled (she refused to advocate for us or even identify misunderstood issues). The phone number listed is not the real number, it is for voicemails only. Call Horace Mann and have them use the real number (a 651 number) and if you are lucky you will get Nancy, the assistant, who actually works. Stacy is useless, not sure she even exists.

Stacy Anglin-Bray is fantastic, I highly recommend!! She is very responsive and is helpful and knowledgeable if you have any license issues.
