Well where do I begin. We recently received our homeowner's policy to see a $500 jump in our policy $800 increase over the past 3 years. We moved to our newly built home Wright County in 2018 from outstate MN. We had been referred to Pat Freiheit from a relative. Pat agreed to take a look at our coverage. Several phone calls and dozens of questions later Pat was able to use her years of experience to re-write our policy to save us $500 and to in some cases increase our coverage, Pat also looking forward to a auto coverage due in May promises similar savings, We are happy new customers

They were quick to sign me up for insurance. My original agent Peg was great. I was not informed that Peg had moved on and I had a new agent. This person never called or checked in. When I needed help, I made 6 phone calls over 5 days with no return phone call. When they finally returned my call, I had already signed up with a new insurance company. Customer service is important to me and I didn't get that here.Even if an agent is out or unavailable for some reason, it would have been nice for someone in the company to acknowledge that and let me know. I would have been patient. Ghosting a customer is unacceptable.
