From the moment I met Nick Rukamp I knew I had found the right guy to rebuild our deck. He was very detail oriented. As we moved closer to the "start" date he kept in contact with me by email. The deck was completed yesterday. Our old deck was removed and the new one completed in just 10 days. And it's perfect. I enjoyed working with Decks Elevated immensely!! Nick took great notes of my wishes & dreams for my deck project. The plans he developed & showed me were detailed and easy to understand. He presented all my options sincerely and I felt he had my best interests leading him. His workers were friendly, efficient, and happily answered any questions I had. Each day they left the site neat & organized. Any holes were covered, so I had no worries letting my husky out without supervision, knowing he would not get into anything. We had a few issues come up during the process, but Nick always had solutions. Overall, I would highly recommend Decks Elevated to anyone.

We have consulted with Nick on 2 projects at our house and he has delivered in spectacular fashion both times. He designed our 3 season porch and our swim spa deck surround. His design process is great - he offers ideas that complement what we've brought to him as our vision for the project. Our favorite part of Nick's design process is the accuracy of the 3D renderings showing what the finished project will look like. Decks Elevated truly values the customer's satisfaction. Decks Elevated was amazing to work with. Nick came out to the house quickly after I sent in a request for a quote. He was extremely professional and very transparent with pricing and lead time. Nick communicated everything along the way, so we were never left in the dark. Gabe, the Forman, was also extremely pleasant to work with. He was great with communicating any delays if there were some for some reason. There was a broken post wrap and before I even knew, I received an email saying they already re-ordered a new one and will be out to install it the following week and did just that. Amazing experience and the deck looks amazing!
