        Complete rip off! Overpriced and didnt explain advance well. The advance was the only reason I went to get taxes done rather than do it myself like Ive done every year past! But really paid almost $500 for nothing! I could do my taxes better and faster than these idiots! Will never recommend or be back period! Wish I could get a refund on the charges for the filing. Absolutely dissatisfied!

        Extremely overpriced paid over $600 for a 1.5hr session. Lost a costumer I fell ripped off. H&R should have covered fees upfront prior. I already spoke with a manager and was told to basically get bent.
