Jess was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our families Disney Cruise trip! Not only Did she recommend the best room type, ship etc but she also helped us book other parts of our trip! We had one special request of securing a cabana on castaway key and she kept on following up with dcl and it happened! She ensured we didnt miss a thing and every detail was in line and on time!
