        Poor customer service. Understaffed and overpriced. Arrived for appointment on time. Waited in the lobby for 40 min without any help before deciding to walk out. Similar experience last year. Never again.

        I have never been treated so rudely and it was by the manager. Went to get our original paperwork back to take it to a cpa and didn't get all of it and no originals just copies.at least we know they don't know step ups and we saved thousands of dollars going to someone who knows the right info.i even called the IRS and they said they were wrong.
