We love Waconia Dodge! This is our second time leasing and we didnt bother to look anywhere else. Salesperson Greg Grillo is very personable, knowledgeable and humble. From the time we pulled on the lot, to our scheduled Saturday appointment, he was very attentive and listened to our wants and needs. We looked at a Jeep on the showroom floor, then did a test drive. Once we decided on the model we liked, he looped in the sales manager to evaluate our leased vehicle and helped us decide if buying it out or re-leasing was the way to go. They showed us numbers we were satisfied with, and we resigned a lease, which is best for us at this time. We returned the following Monday, and signed the paperwork with the finance department, who is also very nice and efficient. Greg spent the last 40 minutes walking through all the features in the car and helped us pair our cell phones, among other details.
