        We had this insurance for many years. Our person John Bailey is no longer there for a few years. He was a gem. He called back. Listened cared, efficient, timely and truly helpful.great customer service and did the work. The new person Winnie Stanley is the name on our policy. Laking in all areas. New staff ,- No caring. Customer service etc. We have called for various things, left messages - No call backs over the years. No return envelope to mail. we have told them , we have no computer etc. Our rates have gone up over the years. We have left. Don't go there. Call another leading insurance company. I see reviews saying how nice the staff is, but nice isn't helpful, caring, respectful, courteous and doing the work, timely and call backs.

      Dawn,Thank you for your review. John Bailey, Eric Wenger and I, (Stanley Winnie) have been business partners since 2008. In June of 2022, John Bailey retired. Our office retained all of the service and management team, (Karem Connell) which have been with us for over the past five years, so I find it surprising and concerning that you mention that the service provided by me, and the tenures service staff has declined. Furthermore, I would like to mention that I have been unable to find you, (Dawn Romero) in our book of business. I have searched both our existing customers and customers that have left over the past 15 years with no success. Additionally, I have checked our phone records over the past 12 months and failed to have any incoming phone calls with Dawn Romero as a caller id. Please feel free to call our office at 952.656.7700 and Eric, Karen or I would be happy to address your concerns as mentioned in this review.Thank you,Stanley Winnie
