Building a home with Woodridge homes, the Kenneth’s, was overall, a fun and enjoyable experience. David was accessible and available to guide us through the process, minimizing stress that can often accompany a life experience such as building a new home. He answered any questions promptly and made recommendations to ease what can often be an overwhelming task. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our new home and would recommend Woodridge Homes to anyone, including friends and family.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Woodridge Homes. Our house was done on time and we were very pleased with the quality. David Kenneth was on site every day overseeing the construction. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are considering them as your builder.

If you're looking for a custom home builder who doesn't take notes, won't listen, cuts corners where he can, installs the wrong things, and won't address any concerns, and blames everything on his sub-contracts. This is the builder for you!! Any buyer should be very skeptical of David Kenneth and his son Corbin. He's been nothing but a headache to work with and has an excuse to for everything. The finished product was nothing that was promised.
