I got a large vanilla shake tonight and an employee made a hilarious joke that really made my great night even better!! It tasted alright, its a McDonalds shake still.

I went to the drive thru tonight and was treated poorly enough by the person taking orders that I said nevermind and drove away mid order. I decided it wasnt worth it to pay $5 for a mediocre burger AND get treated poorly on top of it when I can pay a little more at Culvers for better food and to be treated with respect.

Very very rude girl tonight in drive thru!! No expression, say thank u she shuts the window, wow!! Do not know her name but she definitely should not be working here!! So note to manager, the girl in drive thru window with long hair needs to work in the kitchen! Not with the public!!

Thanks so much to the staff at Waconia McDonalds - especially the female manager that was on tonight. I had ordered through the mobile app to pick up after my kids swimming lessons (our tradition each week) and the app crashed after the order went through. I had an email receipt and the staff were able to work with that - thankfully. Thanks so much for great customer service and helping a tired Mom out.
