        I bought a NAPA battery that they would not stand behind when it failed to start my vehicle after only one year of use. My original battery in that vehicle lasted 7 years! They were absolutely rude in the handling of my interactions, trying to shift blame on me (actually calling me a liar) or the service that I paid to come out and test/charge battery to get it running! That was indeed $225, so this unreliable battery now has cost me over 300 bucks. The mgr Mike is by far the worst in customer service skills, but his boss Tony is close behind. Tony owns the Glencoe store too, so buyers beware!
