        My dog Piglet and I moved in here in November...it's been amazingly good. It's a gorgeous brand new building with top of the line everything. The people here are phenomenal...thank you Mariah, Brian, Katie, and Julie. You are a great team and make life at the Otto like living on a vacation. I did my homework...and this is the best place within 20 miles of Waconia. Nothing as new, nice, and great of people and environment as The Otto. And it better priced than almost anything east of here.

        Hidden move in fees & not only do you pay for your own electricity & gas but get charged for community electricity & gas as well. All of these are never mentioned when signing your lease so beware youre going to be paying DOUBLE in utilities than they tell you. Regret moving here.

        Great apartments in a great location! The otto is very luxurious with all the amenities offered and really big windows that let in a lot of natural light. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. There is also so much nearby and not to far from Minneapolis.

        Moved from halfway across the country into the Otto, they made the process of applying and getting everything set for moving in so easy. Staff is so nice and helpful, and the building is beautiful, with so many amenities and safety features.

        Wonderful building, the staff that runs the building go above & beyond, thank you team! It is impecable clean, the amenities are top of the line. Moving from New York City to Minnesota, I found this to be the perfect place for myself. Very happy to be part of the wonderful community of Waconia now. Thanks The Otto!
