        We stayed in the riverboat suite and it was a disaster. The room shares a wall with the pool and between the guests in the pool, the pool door opening and closing all night, the pump going off every 15 min, and the trains driving by right behind the building, no one slept. So terrible.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I apologize for the noise issue you had to deal with. We do our best to keep the hotel as quiet as we can and close the pool at midnight to try to avoid the door from slamming all night. The pool pump has been fixed so it is not going off that frequently anymore as well. We hope you give us a try in the future.ThanksChelsey SpringerGeneral Manager

      Could you please give myself a call at the hotel to discuss this as this is concerning to me. My number is 651-565-5366 and please ask for the general manager as it is not our practice to shock the pool unless the pool is closed and after all guests have left the pool area and signs are posted stating the pool is closed.
