ROTTEN, ROTTEN, ROTTEN SERVICE!!! Cant say that emphatically enough. You can try ALL of their robotic tools, suggestions, etc. NO help! You can ask their robots for a live agent all you want. They INSIST you dork around over and over until you start to loose your mind and you get NOWHERE! They make some change on their end, your system goes down and youre left struggling with their ROTTEN ROBOTS. I hate them!!!
Example: weve upgraded your internet speed (because we really appreciate your loyalty)oops, YOU may have to reset your modem/router. Laptop connected to your wireless network, NO INTERNET. Call our robot and have a wonderful daysucker!

Can no longer get an assistant on the phone. Our only option is a virtual agent via text. We don't text. I wish I had other options fir internet
