Labs take 4-5 times longer to process and post then any other Health Partners Ive been too. They are open on Saturdays, but the phone line says they are closed and you cannot reach any departments (even departments that are clearly open).

I do not recommend this clinic. The doctor was caring and friendly, but he ordered 12 different tests that cost more than $2,000 for a bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I made it clear we had just eaten out for dinner that night and he said he's been seeing this issue resolve on it's own after 5 to 7 days. They took 6 viles of blood and 6 fecal samples and tested me for things like gluten intolerance and blood in my stool, when I said these were not issues. When I complained, Kim S. (the clinic manager) called me and was not helpful at all. She said she cannot second guess recommendations and said how good the doctor was, while using the wrong doctor's name. Kim offered to run it past the medical director, but never followed through and never returned my follow up call.

I have received great care after my cancer surgery. My primary, Dr Salvatore and my PT Brooke make me feel like I'm their only patient. I'm so glad that I came here instead of previous clinics who had no time for me
