Our King Suite with a Jacuzzi was amazing. Its very spacious with two separate rooms divided by French doors. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean Its the largest room in the hotel and well worth it. During our visit in mid-February we had the hotel to ourselves which made our stay even more special. We got to experience the pool and hot tub with just the two of us. The room, hotel, cleanliness and service deserves five stars plus. The breakfast was basically non existent so I had to give my overall score four stars. We ended up going to Perkins across the highway for our breakfast.

No hot water in the whole facility that had been like that for days and the hotel refrained from letting customers know when making reservations and even when they had shown up, my family being one of the guests/parties that had gone through this. Staff was unprofessional and my kid got sick from the breakfast food. The couch bedding was used as well. Couldnt use the jacuzzi in our room that we paid extra for due to hot water and couldnt bathe after pool use due to no hot water and we found this out after we used the pool. Rooms: Not up to par. Already been slept on sheets. No till away beds. Food & drinks: Family meme bets got sick from breakfast food

This place was nice because of its customer service. The breakfast is editable. The Rooms are okay for short stays. The staff is friendly. They are dog approved! Not sure about cats because I didn't bring one. Love the structure of pay too. Didn't have multiple charges just the expected 1. Definitely staying again!
