        Never took my case seriously and assigned to a law student without my consent and charged at a professional rate. Also mis-represented billable hours worked on my case. Amy said she started working on my case in Oct. 2017, but bill-able hours recorded as a month later. Boy, talking about being victimized twice... Drama continues.
