Heartland Tire SLP

Went to this place to get my oil change. This is the third time Ive been here. Got into my car and control. Module was pushed in. Brought it to the managers attention and he saw nothing wrong with it. Called my boyfriend about it and his whole opinion of the situation changed. Saying well have to take the whole dash apart. And nothing got fixed. Never again. And my boyfriend had bad experience with them before too.

You think that when you call SLP Heartland tire and order tires from there website and make a appointment for the purchase a week ahead of time 9 am you would get the service done by a reasonable time...Long story short I called at 2.15 inquiring about the progress...Oh you next in line we should be done 1to 1 1/2 hour..I get there at 3.30 did not not leave the lobby until 6 pm..Sometimes when you think you will be first or so in line. but you become the last.....I can not ever recommend Spring Lake Park Heartland tire for tires..Sorry you made it right but Can not recommend your service.And to top it off I have to search for a rebate form on line for a rebate because they do not normally sell these tires that are on there website.

Very reasonably priced, high quality work. Excellent communication. I've never had any surprises here. They do what they say they will do. Every experience I've had here has been pleasant and professional. They are my new "go to" for auto care. Services: Oil change, Brakes
