The water at my airplane hangar is yellow and smells like sulfur. Happened last year and they were quick to come clean it up. This year I have called several times and no fix in sight.

Their e-utility billing is TERRIBLE. Their customer service was even worse. I was charged overdue fees repeatedly even though I was signed up for autopay and everytime I would log in to check if my payment was processed it noted the invoice was paid by my e-check but I would then get an email a month later noting that I owed the same balance + $30 late fee. This happened several times and despite emailing evidence to their customer support they refused to admit any fault or flaw in their system and refused to refund any of the fees. Then I tried to log in and once and for all attempt yet another payment and the invoice page told me I owed them nothing so I couldnt even pay it! I emailed support again and they said the balance was reposted that day. So even if I had logged in earlier to check if the payment went through, or if there was any remaining balance to be paid, it would have said there was $0 balance in my invoices!
