Matt from Sota Home Buyers was a pleasure to deal with. We reached out to Matt after my dad died to sell his house. Matt was knowledgably about the probate process, timelines that we had to adhere to and the items from the court that had to be adhered to. From start to finish Matt was there with us to guide us through to completion. He also answered any question that I had from being a PR for the estate to closing financial figures. The closing went so smooth I thought for sure a shoe was going to drop but it didn't and within 30 minutes we closed, mortgage would be paid off and had a check in hand. From the initial conversation all the way to the title company, everyone was so good to work with. Matt gave no judgement or perceived judgement and was honest and kind. I never felt embarrassed to ask a question or even the shape of the house. I understood that the goal was to rehab the home and of course sell for a profit which I am confident that Matt will be successful at. I am looking forward to seeing the house when it is done. I am confident his crew will make it an absolutely beautiful house. I would have no issues reaching for the phone or sending a text if I needed to use Matt and company again. Would highly suggest working with Matt. He was very easy to work with, took care of things quickly, communicated exactly what we needed to do clearly and was extra helpful with everything when it came to selling our home.
