Jacqulyn has been of great assistance since my tenancy, and so far my experience has been great. The storage is always well kept and smells nice. I have a pet peeve about bathrooms but the bathrooms in this storage unit is super clean. I do appreciate her customer service especially when I travel out of the US.
Joseph I met quite recently, and my interaction with him was very helpful.
I will always use their storage unit.

Jacqulyn and Joseph are always super helpful with my myriad of questions. Ive had two occasions where I needed consultation and then attending to my situation. Service and actual help so fast I was happily astonished. I look forward to renting here for as long as I need.

Dale, Jacqulyn and Joseph are phenomenal. 150 Tyler Ave is a great facility and everyone is very friendly and always helpful!

I have been using this StorageMart in Hopkins since December of 2021 to store product inventory for my business. I was very impressed at how easy it was to set up and choose my unit. Since then, I've been delighted at how easy it is to access my inventory at all times of the day and how immaculate the entrance and hallways are every time I'm there. Anytime I've needed to contact the front office, Jacqulyn and Joseph have taken care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy that I chose StorageMart in Hopkins.

Jacqulyn and team are fantastic to deal with!
I don't visit my unit often and when I do, I usually have forgotten some portion of the security protocol. They are always very helpful and it's an easy fix. Same with issues on my account when I've forgotten something - they make it easy!
