        Post office staff and carriers are always so friendly and helpful. I use the PO a lot between work and home and Ive had nothing but good experiences with our Sleepy Eye office. Even with having shipping issues with other offices or regional offices our local staff was able to help track down packages and make things easier.

        They leave package outside by front door that has sign stating : please leave package by side door.

        Sleepy Eye Post Office is the post office by which all others should try to be most like. Every person there, from residential delivery, to the behind the scenes, to working the counter is top notch. They care about your packages and mail and offer stellar customer service. Eighteen years I have lived here and it continues to be a model perfect post office. They take mail service seriously, and always offer friendly service. I feel lucky to have them as my carriers. When I have to go into the office itself, I always leave feeling happy. That's because they give you sincere customer service with a small town smile and you leave feeling happy.
