What can be worst then not having the printed copy of insurance when you need it?! I was a customer of this group for few years in MN and always had amazing customer service and quick solutions/help. Now, many states away and no solution to simple request from current location, Julie was able to solve it promptly and as always with awesome customer service! Thank you!

Dont recommend. Allstate was fine until I was in a car accident. My first ever so I called my Insurnace agent (this branch) thinking they would guide me through it. But I was left fully alone in the process. No one was helpful and my first phone call I was told dont get us involved since you were hit we dont have anything to do with the claim, call the other Insurnace company for all your information I had a severe concussion and other injuries which involved medical care for a few months so really allstate needed to be involved. I had to be my own Insurnace rep through the whole process It was insane. I switched my house and car policy to a different company as soon as the renewal came up.

Just joined Allstate today and I am elated with the service I received I have never had such a great experience with an agent Their customer service is beyond 5 stars and the wonderful woman that helped me (Julie) was making sure she covered everything to save me $ and give me the best coverage . They are amazing !!!

Had a great experience when I encountered a couple of hiccups. SheyAnne responded promptly and straightened things out while saving me money at the same time. This isnt the first time. I have always gotten great service.
