        Went here with my mother and we ordered 3 gravys with our meal, we only received 1, then asked for our two other ones and were ignored by the first employee that handed us the food, got the door shut on us, then the manager gave us 2 gravys in tiny ketchup cups. We ordered 3 regular sized gravys, this experience was disrespectful and uncaring. Disrespecting elders is crazy and not even giving us what we ordered.

        Usually have a good experience here but today I stopped by for a misty freeze and the employee handed me a half melted one. I asked if I could get one made properly (not halfway melted) and they replied that sometimes the machine just makes them that way. I asked again if we could get a new one and they did replace it for me but the second one was not much better. Not the employees fault though I felt they could have handled the situation better. I hope management will get the machine working better as this is a really sad slush
