        I have a relative who lives here and often times complains that a neighbor below makes noises day and/or night that are unusual. Often times keeping them awake at night.  Curious to know if anyone else would rate the same way.  Otherwise, the apartments are nice, w/ in unit laundry and the building and grounds are nice.  Seems a bit spendy.
