Reserved a U-Haul one month ahead of my move. Called me 15 hours before pick up to let me know that the trailer was unavailable and the closest pick up location was 150 miles away. Ive always used Penske in the past, and it looks like Ill always be using them in the future.

The team at this location was extremely kind, helpful and very easy to rent an enclosed trailer. I called the following day to see if it was possible to rent the trailer for one more day and luckily it was an option for me. They made the transition so smooth. I definitely plan on doing business with them again soon to move items out of my storage units! Thank you!
