Honestly most of the people are very nice we just had the same lady a bunch of the visits that was rude. We had trouble with the wire not staying in place and made extra trips to have fixed and cut. She got very defensive and told me that its not because of something they did that it never happens. Im son is very careful with what he eats and doesnt mess with them if he can help it. You use your mouth everyday to eat and talk things can go wrong and sometimes it is the kids fault and sometimes its not but to be more respectful to the person coming in there could of been a better way to react. Our visits are also very rushed. I have met the orthodontist four times in the last year of coming here. He is very nice and seems very knowledgeable

The professionals and staff at Dr. Vayda and McMahon's office are exceptional! You can tell that they are passionate about getting their patients the care that they need. I have had to reschedule several appointments (due to different health related reasons on my end) and they follow through and work with my schedule in order to keep my children on the right track to straight teeth. They are truly a blessing in our lives!

Awesome staff, very professional. They're the best how they treat everyone with smile and welcoming. I really love Wendy she is so sweet. I love the work they did on my teeth, highly recommended.

My oldest daughter has special needs and everyone was so incredible with her. They made her experience of having braces easier than any other dental experience she has every had. To this day when we drive by the office she went to she waves and says” I miss my friends in there.”
