This was my first experience with an irrigation company and it was great! My initial phone call was returned quickly, I had called several other companies and didn't even get a call back. The technician came out and identified the problem right away. I was surprised at how he was able to fix my issue so quickly. Thanks for a great job!! Will always use them.

Priority 1 came out and fixed by sprinkler after I put in a pool. They walked into chaos. The landscaper and pool people had my sprinkler destroyed. They were able to put it back together, in what I thought was amazing time. The do professional work!! I highly recommend them!!

Initially, Jack was good to work with, was fair at communication during work performed. I wish they would have recommended a spigot upgrade because the one on the wall, jimmy rigged to a new water line outside looks hideous. Due to no review done when work was complete, it was later found that there was not adequate coverage. I had reached out for resolve, and response was less then kind. They expressed how I over reacted..... Later, when winterization was scheduled, they promised to look at the issues due to sprinkler head placement, but upon arrival, was greeted with nothing but rude/angry behavior from Jack. I can't fathom why an owner of a company would treat/communicate with such frustration and anger to paying customers. While there aren't much companies to perform these services around my area, I would rather learn/perform this work myself over any further interaction with this company.
