It's been about 5 years now since we made the switch from Flo and Progressive over to American Family and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. Craig out of the Shakopee office has always pointed us in the right direction. It feels good to know that I don't need to be an expert in insurance and the policies he works with us to select are exactly what we've needed. Insurance can be tricky with the fine print around things like actual cash value, full replacement and the list goes on. Having said that, we can trust Craig and his team to make sure we're always protected! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Outstanding customer service. We had to quickly make a change to our vehicle insurance and just left a message since it was definitely after normal work hours. Nick not only made sure we were covered - that night still - but he called and made sure we knew we were covered. That to us is a WOW! Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Craig and his crew are amazing! I would recommend going with them any day! They are super attentive to emails and get back to me within minutes! They are amazing to work with and really friendly! I will be sure to spread the word to friends and family!
