        I called looking for some parts/information for a boom lift that I own. Jon Agrimson in the parts department went above and beyond to make sure not only that I had the information I needed but took the extra step to get me in touch with a technician that specialized in my exact problem. Instead of Easter egging expensive parts he instead got me the information I needed to trouble shoot the problem down to the exact fault. Thank you Jon for taking pride in your job.
