Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis/Shakopee, MN

I am looking to book a room in Prior Lake for an upcoming graduation party and I appreciate all of the honest reviews here. I see the same issues over and over again with the same pat responses from the owner i.e. We will discuss this in our meeting, yet these same problems are documented month after month, obviously not resolved. I dont understand what the problem is here, but the honest reviews indicate I should look elsewhere for a room. Id gladly pay a much higher rate than stay somewhere thats unclean, without a hot tub or pool (which for me, is a huge part of a hotel experience) and management that doesnt take care of important issues like this. Its too bad. The location is actually perfect.

The only complaint I have is that they need to get taller toilets. Otherwise everything else was great.

Never have I had a hotel tell me they hold a deposit for 7-10 days and then have them hold it for 31 DAYS! Feels very fraudulent to me! The stay was fine the staff was nice. We did have ants in the bathroom and the tub was not the cleanest. I am just so annoyed about the deposit still being held as pending on my account when I stayed the weekend of April 8 and it is now MAY 6! I have been diligently checking my account to make sure no scam charges have been added! Noteworthy details: Would not recommend
