Very slow service

8-10-23 / 1:20 PM I went to the drive thru nearest the window. I sat and sat in my vehicle with 3 people inside 1 by the teller window and 2 at the counter. 1 at the counter was helping a customer. The other 2 kept looking at me. I dont understand that. No one said a word. Usually they will greet you and say Ill be right with you. Wondering if they were getting robbed or something. Very disappointing service. Ended up going to Apple Valley, quick and pleasant service. And no I dont want to call your customer service. Talk to your employees.

This bank is a joke. Ive been trying to get through to them for 2 days, total time on hold 3 to 4 hours. Dropped calls twice after an hour on hold. Keep getting transferred to someone else and put back on hold. This is the worst experience with a bank Ive ever had. DONT BANK HERE!!!!!
