Please NEVER get their wellness plans, they are very deceptive when you sign up. They will not tell you that if you cannot continue the plan they will back charge you for all Services provided OR for the total year of the wellness plan which puts people in worse situations. Just get a pet insurance that can be canceled anytime and will cover more than their 2 exams a year and vaccines. Besides that the service is good but your appointment will feel rushed because they have so many people coming in and out all day.

I called Banfield let hospital, because we have a dog health planat Banfield , ahead of time to ask if someone can see my dog with an emergency because he got his paw stuck and they said yes as long as you get there in next half and hour and I walked in door three minutes later with Banfield telling me they are full. At that point I could've called another Banfield had they not told me it was ok to see my dog but because all the Banfields are getting ready to close at that same time, there is no time left to call other Bandields and make the time on road to get to another Banfield right. So we have to go to emergency care which costs 500.00 !!!!!you think they are going to reimburse me??? No

The plans that they offer is pretty good so far. I brought my puppy in for her first check up. The vet tech/receptionist was trying to Teach me how to train my dog which I didnt ask her for. She told me to tell her that she was a good girl for sitting on the scale and then scolded me for holding her instead of letting her walk. I didnt appreciate that at all. The other vet tech was nice and the vet was nice. I found it odd that they wanted to take my puppy to the back for her examination and shots. I requested that she get her shots in front of me. Other than that they were okay. Ill probably wont come back.

I've come here for quite a few years now. My experience here has usually been mixed. Sometimes the techs on the phone will give really great advice. Other times they didn't give clear enough instructions for me. Ultimately, this vet will get you the most normal experience. There are much worse vet offices out there. I wouldn't say this vet is the best out there, but they do try and it shows most of the time.
