Arbor Trails Townhomes

Moved in in Aug with my son. We love our new place. Great neighborhood nice and quiet. Management team is always very responsive to any questions or concerns that may come up. Will be here for awhile

We moved to Sartell from Ohio and the property manager, Joel Torborg (and frankly everyone affiliated with this company) was absolutely fantastic. Due to the timing of our move, we had to rent a place at the Residence Inn for a bit while they finished construction of our unit. They knew we were living out of a hotel and really worked so hard, finishing the job much earlier and allowing us to get moved into the home and out of the hotel. I cant tell you how much we appreciated their concern and hard work to do that. The home itself has been great. Its extremely quiet and I really cant ever hear the neighbors. The maintenance/grounds crew is always on the ball and the grass/landscaping always looks nice. You will wake up to your driveway and walkways shoveled as they come by at like 4am and quietly take care of the snow. We had one small issue with our sliding door blinds and they came by in a very prompt fashion and replaced it. This is a wonderful neighborhood, extremely safe and I can assure you that there is not a finer rental property in the entire area.

I recently sold my house after remodeling it and was looking for my next place to live that was when I discovered Arbor Trails Townhomes in Sartell and I absolutely love living here. The newly built townhome is perfect for my busy lifestyle as it is close to Sartell, but far enough away from Saint Cloud to provide a quiet neighborhood feel. The best part is the lawn and snow removal comes with the rent, so no maintenance is needed. The management and maintenance teams have been great to work with. The interior finish work is more than exceptional. I highly recommend living here as I feel like I am at home. 5 out of 5 stars!!

We love everything about this place! From the mud room to the laundry room, the amazing huge master closet and all of the beautiful finishes throughout the home! But my favorite thing is the view out of the living room window and the patio! We see the sunsets and the night skies with the stars are incredible. It is like living in the country with out feeling like you live in the middle of no where! We love how peaceful it is here! What a complete blessing this is to live here!

We found Arbor Trails just when we needed it! We were in transition from our home sale and Joel kept us accuratly informed of the move in date. He and his team made application and move in extremely smooth. Having a townhome with plenty of room is perfect. The home is very nicely soundproofed and comfortable. The interior decor is neutral and pleasant and very easy to work with. Our neighbors are great and the location is outstanding! Lawn care and snow removal is a real luxury. We can highly recommend Arbor Trails Townhomes!
