I'd give it zero stars if I could. Takes forever to get any maintenance done. They don't care if there's other resident threatening you, making noise all the time, or breaking rules. Cherry on top is that there's a 50/50 chance anything you order is going to get stolen.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years , I love it here . Management is amazing , and very attentive to concerns and maintenance issues . I have thought about moving but its very hard to leave when tenants are treated very well .

My packages keeps getting stolen is my biggest problem at this property. Complained to management few months ago when it happened twice in one week. Got a snippy response from management. Lost another set of delivered packages this week.

Lived here 2.5 years. Caroline is the best property manager Ive ever worked with. Always responsive and accommodating. My rent did not go up for two years, and there was no difference in rent when I converted to shorter terms in order to buy a housethey treat people right. Quiet community, well maintained.
