Bright River Estates

My car was unable to move for a certain amount of time and due to my financial situation my vehicle was sitting for a little over a month along with other vehicles with longer sitting time yet consideration is low and Ive been given a time to remove my vehicle from the property.

Ok so this place had a bad rep from previous managers. This isn't what it is now. I moved in here in June and I gotta say, Meghan is BEYOND GOOD. She is very helpful all the time, making sure tenants know when things will happen and even sending multiple notifications. She works with you through it all. She has gotten rid of everything negative so far and she just keeps surprising me with how efficient and caring she is. This whole building was turned right side up when she was hired. :)

This place is roach infested. Money hungry and will use any excuse in the book to completely screw you over!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place even to my worst enemy! Mold got so bad in my apartment I ended my lease early for mine and my CHILDRENS health! They dont care about tenants. Oh and the one good review for this dump is staff! I would avoid granite city all together as stated in other reviews!
