        Every visit, procedure, and scheduling/paperwork experience I've had with this clinic has been extraordinary. Even when I made mistakes or asked for something complicated, staff remained patient and caring. I've received thorough explanations that demonstrated that the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals there were really listening and also respected my ability to understand and make my own healthcare decisions. I couldn't imagine a better way to receive a type of care that so often can feel awkward or scary for many women.
