Allina Health United Women's Health Clinic

Office mismanagement and scheduling has streak of cancelling and needing to reschedule appointments. Im not satisfied with customer service and would not recommend Allina for any specialty. I have a work schedule. I have a clinic that Im responsible to attend my shifts. I have never had the option to cancel my patients appointments to alleviate staffing errors, but Allina apparently does this frequently.

Read the reviews before going to doctors. I have been seeing Dr. Moes and several other doctors here for almost 1 year. I just feel like it's one big game of referral and their billing system stinks too. I don't know why I have stuck around this place out of convenience. And it has been hard to schedule an appointment with Dr. Moes she is always away and takes a long time to reply back to patients. Always some other staff member answering on her behalf. I came to Dr. Moes for an intense situation with trying to conceive. I do not feel she cares about her patients or at least her patients who have conditions beyond her medical expertise. I have been feeling unanswered for my next steps in what I need to do. i have only been to her twice in office. That's kind of sad. Whenever I had had to call in for cramping or reach a care rep no one gets back to you urgently anymore. I will have to start my process over again I am going to go to the OBGYN board and report my concern because it just feels like doctors at Allina health only want to refer you and some don't have expertise in somethings. Been getting the run around and lack of care I need. I have spent thousands of dollars for no answers.

Came here this is my first pregnancy dr moes has been great. Always answers my questions in a timely manner and is great at explaining everything if I have questions. The staff is great and kind.

First of all I talked yo a very rude women on the phone who did not believe I had cramps with my IUD. She told me the closed appointment was Wednesday at 11am so I scheduled it. I show up on Wednesday at 11am and was greeted by a very rude women who made me wait till she was done with her conversation with the other women at the desk, before she even told me hello. Mind you they were gossiping about another PATIENT. I told her I had a appt. at 11am, and I guess she did not hear me the first time but she proceeded to say what very rudely. After that she told me my appt. was at 8am which struck me as odd because the women on the phone said 11am. I would never suggest this place they do not even have the humanity to treat people who are at their worst with respect. What a joke.
