        Had all basement windows replaced in summer 2020. I was initially not impressed with the install of my windows. They had a significant amount of trim around the edges, with little to no consistency across the windows. After expressing this, they offered to come and redo them at no additional charge. They look nice now and Im pleased with the outcome. The business has switched ownership, so note that previous reviews and website reflect work of the previous owner.

        Worked with Basement Window Guy to replace two basement windows that were original to my 1939 home. Tom and his crew did amazing work, they were very friendly, quick, and explained everything they did and answered all questions thoroughly too. The old windows were removed and the new windows were installed in around 3 hours. The finished project looks great and exceeded our expectations, and the cost was significantly better compared to other larger window companies. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
