The way some of their workers treat people is so sad I am the type of person whenever I need assistance from them and it's not often and all I get is food stamps and I go to purity hell they will keep asking for the same things that I keep sending up there or taking up there and then have the nerve to get mad when you give them a call and try to get your stuff worked out. I had one lady tell me that I was screaming at her and hung up on me twice wouldn't give me the supervisor number to talk to or anything I'm just over this place out here. It's just sad

Neglectful, lazy, rude, and a lot of other choice words for the human services office as a whole. It's seems that it's a common practice as to help the least amount of ppl as possible. This place is shameful when you have clients basically doing their job for them. Just for them to claim they didn't get the paperwork and this has been going unchecked for so many years it has become a regular practice. If you neglect or screw up someone's case. Just say you didn't receive the correct paperwork. It's a shameful lie but it's commonly used amongst the Ramsey county employees
