The phones are always busy, or they direct you to another number which directs you to another number. WITH ALL OUR TAXES THEY TAKE FROM US YOU WOULD THINK THE WEBSITE WOULD BE UP AND RUNNING ONCE IN A WHILE. It is always down, and you are directed to call which doesnt get you anywhere.

Website said 4:30. Drove 45 miles, got there at 4:15 and was told they close at 4pm and tge Website hasn't been updated since Covid. So, I had to leave my renewal paperwork in the drop box. Reason for my urgency is that I received my renewal in the mail the Friday before Christmas, due Nov. 12th and insurance canceling Dec. 31st. Anyway, followed up this week on January 10th and was told my renewal was pending review. Only positive is that they extended my cutoff (because they are so backed up)until the 15th and she wasn't sure if I'd be cutoff or not. So hopefully on Monday I still have coverage. Frustrating all the way around. Positives, the Security Guard in the lobby was extremely wonderful and kind and gave me the confidence to use the drop box assuring me it would be checked and handled.
Calling the number attached to the location led me to a very kind informative person who handled my call with grace after I waited on hold for a long time.
I guess my experience may have been better (or worse) if the initial incorrect time didn't put a ding in my day..
